1. Who we are

This website is operated by YOUVSKEY, an online retailer registered in the United States and trading from 789 Golden Creek Terrace, San Jose, California 95111, United States. Throughout the site the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to YOUVSKEY. By visiting youvskey.com or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products, descriptions and pricing

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are the full price you will be charged. Prices do not increase at checkout.
  • Applicable US sales tax is calculated and shown separately at checkout before you confirm payment.
  • We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious error.
  • Product availability shown on this website reflects our actual warehouse stock. We do not list items we cannot ship.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Full details are on our Payment Methods page. All payments are processed over encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant connections.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to United States addresses only. Shipping is free on every order. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days. Full details, including our 10:00 PM Pacific order cut-off, are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, including for change of mind. Return postage is the customer's responsibility except where the item was faulty or incorrect. We charge no restocking fee and refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt. Full details are in our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your account

Creating an account is optional and free — guest checkout is always available. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under it.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape or copy our content for commercial use, or to transmit malicious code.

10. Intellectual property

The YOUVSKEY name, logo, site design and original written content are our property. Third-party brand names and trademarks that appear on this site remain the property of their respective owners. YOUVSKEY is an independent retailer and is not an authorised dealer or agent for, nor affiliated with, any third-party brand unless expressly stated on the relevant product page.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOUVSKEY is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
